Technology for billing and account maintenance:

JRG, on behalf of its Pennsylvania-based association clients, bills and collects monthly premiums for over 15,000 businesses — by mail and over the Internet — and remits the premiums to the insurance company(ies) with complete accounting. JRG utilizes technology that has been developed by our own software engineers in concert with our proprietary partner organization, Employee Benefit Data Services (EBDS) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

JRG offers two products, Mywave, and HRconnection to help business owners and human resource professionals get up-to-the-minute information on benefits questions, compliance, legislation guides on COBRA, HIPAA, and more. In addition, we offer connections to more than 200,000 other subscribers who are actively discussing the issues and challenges they face. You may face the same challenges, and wouldn’t it be nice to find an answer without endlessly searching the Internet?

Depending on the needs of your organization, we also offer tools to allow your employees and their families to administer their own benefits, vacation days, request time off and take control of the tools that used to consume so much of your time.
